We
love food and cooking. Our philosophy is to use good, local organic (where possible) produce and cook it simply.
Ann
usually cooks breakfasts, preserves, sweets and deserts. Thomas
cooks the evening main meals. When you arrive we offer tea
or coffee, served in the living room to let you take in the
beautiful views and usually accompanied by the home baking
of the day.
We
do a 2 course evening meal (by prior arrangement) at 7pm.
Breakfast times are mutually agreed with guests and are fresh
cooked to order. We like meals to be relaxed and informal.
Meals
are in the dining room where guests will frequently make friends
and share ideas over a meal.
There
are plenty of food options in the area. At the height of summer
there are many award winning pubs & restaurants open,
both near and far. Seafood is a specialty of the area. Food
options tend to finish, by 8.30pm, throughout the Highlands.
