Telephone booking is a 2 step process
taking around 10 minutes.
Step 1 -
Call us from 10am-7pm with your enquiry / booking on 01520
755 246 (International +44 1520 755 246. In the event we are
out or unable to come to the phone you can leave a message
on our answering service (available 24hours). We fill out
a booking form with you over the phone, including taking card
payment details.
Step 2 -
During or following your call we will process your card details
for a deposit payment equal to the 1st night's stay and then
send you a detailed email, confirming your booking. You can
send us a cheque if you prefer, we will email a confirmation
after your cheque clears. If you require confirmation in writing
please send us a SAE.
Should you be unsure about the dates of
your flights, trains or other accommodation, we will happily
create a provisional booking for you, which we will hold for
a week. This gives you to time to dovetail all the other elements
of your trip without you losing our availability.

Booking with us via email is a 3 step process.
Step 1 -
Email your enquiry form to us (see top left), we endeavour
to reply within 24 hours. This reply will advise you about
our availability, prices and have a booking form (Word document
format) attached to the bottom.
Step 2 -
Save the attached Word Doc (from our email) to your documents,
fill in off-line. When you are ready, attach your completed
booking form to the email, we do require your card payment
details. If you prefer you can phone or fax us your debit
card information; or send the numbers broken up into several
emails.
Step 3 -
We will send a detailed email, confirming your booking once
we have payment for the first night’s stay & a fully
completed booking form.
Any missing details from your booking form
will naturally slow your booking down. Incorrect card details
will also require correction as we do process your card for
the 1st night's payment in order to confirm & secure your
booking. |
