To create and maintain a relaxed atmosphere and be gentler on the environment please plan to stay a minimum of 2 nights. Occasionally the odd 1 night gap does appear.

Tariff

2 nights £43 per person per night.
3 or more nights £38 per person per night

August - minimum stay 3 nights
Single supplement £30 - sorry we have no single rooms.
Children 12-16 years old £30 when sharing parents room. Sorry no children under 12 and no pets in the house.
We are totally non-smoking.

Food

2 course meal £20 per person (by prior arrangement) bring your own wine or beer.
Packed lunches £6 including flask fill.

Laptop and printer with internet access & wireless broadband. Guest drying room. Mini library, local books & walking folder. Daily weather forecast and comprehensive local information to help you make the most of your stay.

Bicycles

We have adult bikes M / F with safety kit. Half day £2.50, whole day £5 per bike. Please indicate at the time of booking that you might like to use the bikes.

Deposit

Bookings are secured when the first night's stay has been paid for in full and a booking form fully completed & in our receipt.

Cancellations

If a secure booking is cancelled we reserve the right to charge the full bed and breakfast rate to your card unless we are able to re-let the room, in which event, no charge will be made. Consider taking out suitable travel insurance before your trip.

Methods of Payment

Deposit - Sterling cheque plus debit or credit card details (in date for stay).

Balance - If payment by card then Debit card or similar is preferred to settle the balance on departure (due to high bank charges).

Arrivals

Please remember that a B & B is a private home, our home & not a hotel. We still have to go shopping, get a haircut and attend appointments! We guarantee one of us will be home between 4-7pm to greet guests. From 7pm we can be involved with evening meals or community business & activities. Guest arrivals before 4pm or 7-9pm must be pre-arranged with us at the time of booking. Regrettably we cannot accept bookings where the arrival time is 9pm or later.

Departures

Please aim to have the balance settled and room key relinquished by 10 -10.30am on the morning of departure. We are very happy to store packed bags or for you to leave your car with us until later the same day, allowing us to access your vacated room in preparation for the next guests.
